The Analysis

An inevitable farewell: Despite putting together pretty unmemorable seasons, Nathan and Marsha can at least be proud of their resiliency. They landed in the bottom three just one week into the season, but they managed to dodge elimination for eight more weeks before fate finally caught up. Gone, but not forgotten (yet).

4 down. 8 remain.

Jumping for Jemer: Jemer is on fire with over 70% on the weighted leaderboard - the highest we’ve seen all season by a mile. Pop, who picked incorrectly, fell into a distant third place almost 25% points further down the leaderboard. The FEP officially has a Goliath this season, and its name is Jemer.

  • Stacking the deck: Jemer’s dominance doesn’t stop there. At one point, Pop owned 68.8% of the remaining outcomes this season, but he’s now only holding on to 53.1%. Still impressive, but it does happen to be 3.1% points below Jemer.

Other storylines:

  • Still alive…but he’s barely breathing: Somehow, against all odds, Amir has managed to survive another week. He hasn’t surpassed 5% points since Week 4, but that hasn’t stopped him from dancing on the graves of our eliminated competitors. We’ll see how much longer he can keep that boogie grooving.

  • Triple digits: After starting the season with 131,072 possible outcomes, we're now down to just 512. Things are starting to get real.

Fans of the FEP have been spoiled of late, and Week 10 is no different. Only four competitors - Buhduh, Jacob, Marsha, and Sarah - have selected an Eagles victory over the Cowboys. It could be a major turning point for Buhduh and Jacob, finally giving them a chance to compete with Jemer and Pop, while Sarah fights to break free from her season-long sibling rivalry.
